Payment and questions
How payment works
- Nothing to pay nowA provisional hold is free. You do not pay anything to reserve.
- Booking confirmationOnce our team confirms your slot, you sign a booking confirmation that states the media charge.
- Settle when AdBarge is liveWhen AdBarge is deployed and the launch date is set, we invoice the media charge. Settle it by secure Airwallex link or bank transfer before your first air date.
- Who receives itPayments are received by Victoria Waters (Asia) Limited on behalf of AdBarge Limited (in formation). Content is checked against Hong Kong advertising standards; hours we cannot approve are not charged.
Questions
Does a provisional hold cost anything?
No. It pencils in your dates while we talk. A slot is secured once you sign the booking confirmation. You settle the media charge only when AdBarge is on the water.
What if two brands want the same slot?
Holds are ranked in the order we receive them, as first, second and third option. If the first option does not confirm in time, the next is offered the slot.
What if the weather stops sailing?
At Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red or Black Rainstorm warning AdBarge returns to shelter. Affected hours are rescheduled or credited, never charged.
Can individuals reserve?
Yes. Birthdays, proposals and personal messages are welcome, usually as a Shared Loop spot, subject to the same content check.
How much does it cost?
See the full rate card below. The form shows an estimate as you choose sides, dates and hours, and the confirmed media charge is on your booking confirmation.
